At Alpine International, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion choices. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
